upper body weights
3 sets of 10 each:
bicep isolations(changed from curls)
overhead tricep extentions
military press
deltoid exercise
50 crunches
I've been slacking so I will now be upping my workouts. I'm not sure about the cardio for today. Maybe the tredmill or belly dancing? Maybe both. I'm going to be adding sets of crunches through out the day.
