Welcome broomangel. Looks like this week is off to good start for everyone.
TOM hit me hard last week, I happen to be at that age where it seems to be a hit miss not monthly. So when it hits its hard, craving were really bad, retaining water too.
But moving ahead....I did start working out last week got 3 days in. Plan to work out 5 days a week. Using the treadmill, and couple other machines too, total time working out = 50-60 mins.
