warm lemon water
B- scramble egg with tomatoes and onions. String cheese and coffee with cashew milk.
L- crack slaw (cabbage, carrots, ground beef, hot sauce) and pico de gallo
S- gluten free bread with raspberry preserves (warmed mashed raspberries) and coffee with cashew milk
D- chicken breast, green beans, onions and mushrooms
