End of a successful year of reaching my exercise goals, can't ask for more than that!
I have no desire to increase my PPWs anytime soon, I'll just continue doing what Imma doing.
Like I told Berni above, I really DON'T like to exercise BUT I know how great it is for my over-all good HEALTH! And that's what I will continue to strive for, my continued good health by eating properly = 100% OP and exercising daily!
