5 minute warm up on elliptical
60 minutes weights & abs
15 minutes cardio elliptical

Day 2:
5 minute warm up elliptical
60 minutes weights & abs

Woo! Now I'm back on the horse! Tomorrow's my "rest" day....then I'll be at the gym Friday and I'll have to get up mass early on Saturday because I'm working 11-7:30, so I'll have to get to the gym before work! Ugh! Working til midnight Friday and then getting to the gym at 9 on Saturday? Youch, that hurts! But, that's what I get for skipping Monday!

Hey there Muskateer!

Oh, I just love the idea of that spreadsheet in excell! I look forward to posting here in my gym log everyday that I exercise. Those "visual" clues really do something for me.

Congrats on getting on the stick even when work is taking up way too much of your time! What is this anyway? Why do we have to work for a living? It is so unfair!

Keep up the great work! The elliptical really kicks my butt so I am admiring your ability to use it. Hope I get better!

Let's keep movin and shakin!

Day 4 of the gym...

decided to try yoga.... sorry if you're a fan, but I just don't think it's for me....

back to my regular workouts next week!

but for July....18 pink days! only 13 white! I went to the gym 58% of the month! woohoo! better than I expected!

Tuesday: Day 2
5 minutes stationary bike
20 mintues elliptical
5 minutes cool down elliptical

Did the stationary bike because I've been at this for just over 2 months, and when I did my initial evaluation, I scored a "poor" on the fitness test programmed into the bike...just wanted to see how I've progressed....well, I'm "average" now! YAY!

20 minutes on the elliptical using the "personal trainer" option...including going reverse on the thing! So it was about 7 minutes going forward, 2 minutes in reverse, 5 minutes forward, 2 minutes reverse, and the rest forward (including the cooldown). A friend of mine that goes to the gym too said that doing it backwards helps reduce your hips? Interesting.....

Back to the gym tomorrow morning before work for weights....then Thursday will be a day of rest!

Oh - this sounds really good, sweet. You're turning the corner!

Big kudos to ya for doing that. It takes a while to get to the point where you "want" to go, but I think it comes to everyone who sticks with it long enough. Of course, the catch is that ya gotta stick with it long enough to get there.. lol. But it sounds like yer makin it..
