Tuesday: Day 2
5 minutes stationary bike
20 mintues elliptical
5 minutes cool down elliptical
Did the stationary bike because I've been at this for just over 2 months, and when I did my initial evaluation, I scored a "poor" on the fitness test programmed into the bike...just wanted to see how I've progressed....well, I'm "average" now! YAY!
20 minutes on the elliptical using the "personal trainer" option...including going reverse on the thing! So it was about 7 minutes going forward, 2 minutes in reverse, 5 minutes forward, 2 minutes reverse, and the rest forward (including the cooldown). A friend of mine that goes to the gym too said that doing it backwards helps reduce your hips? Interesting.....
Back to the gym tomorrow morning before work for weights....then Thursday will be a day of rest!
