I just wish I had either one of your upper bodies. I'm so envious of you two!
I still have some unwanted flab that I am desperately trying to get rid of FOR GOOD! I just need to stop cheating on my diet. And get a little cardio in. Easier said than done right????

I keep telling you-- you have no idea how good your upper body looks until you take the pics. It`s all about accountability. Get a g/f to take some snapshots and compare them with shots you have from before you started lifting. Believe me, you will be surprised.

You and I are lifting about the same weight these days. I wish I had a chica lifting partner like you around here!! Too much boys in the gym.

Btw, I took both 7-keto and Lean-Out within a couple hours of eachother yesterday and had some bizarre and frankly, rather grody, intestinal distress. I`m hoping that it was due to something I ate or a fast virus or something. I`m gonna try it again today though, so I`ll keep you posted on my guinea-pigging. I`ve always taken only one or the other, so the combo may be more than my body can take. Have you been taking both?

Y'all crack me up. Too much testosterone can be a good thing, as long as the testosterone is worth looking at.

I agree with you Dogbone - I wouldn't mind having the effect of the testost. for fat burning. Guys are so lucky in that dept.!!

I felt like I was going to die at boot camp tonight. Not sure if it's the heat or the lean out I've been taking or a combo of both. Hopefully it's just the heat. There's a new guy at boot camp. Sure enjoy looking at him.........he's a HOTTIE!

Ok, here's what I've done the past few days.

Boot camp Thursday nite.

Ran Friday morning for 25 minutes, w/ a few short inclines.

Bought new shorts & running shoes Friday night.

Boot camp tonight.

Tuesday back in the saddle again. Plan on working legs and back. PLus 20-25 minutes cardio.

ok, my workout for today - i don't think i will be able to walk tomorrow. going to go for short slow run when it cools off outside.

legs:
smith machine squats
3x7x105

smith machine wide stance lunges
3x7x85

leg press
3x7x190

leg extension (almost barfed after 2nd set )
3x8x70

leg curls
3x7x55

seated calf raises
3x9x45


back:
lat pull-down
3x6x105

back delt raises
3x9x15

bent over rows
3x9x30

What i don't understand, i've always been told to lift slowly, but my old trainer today was lifting kinda fast. Am I missing something here???

there are many different tempos you can use...generally when someone lifts with a fast tempo they are not lifting really heavy...can cause injury that way.

Very nice on the lifts, great to see you ladies goin for the big weights !!

YIKES!!! Legs & bum still sore today. Not sure about doing anything today. I'm exhausted. I've been cross-training w/ another group at work and I had to be there at 5 AM this morning & yesterday. That means I had to get up at 3:45AM!!!!! UGH!! I'm beat. I'm going to take a nap & hopefully I'll have enough energy to go for a short run. Otherwise I'll run t omorrow or go to Taebo in the morning since I'm off. PLus I have my last boot camp tomorrow night.
