Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say my hubby took me out last night to Red Lobster and I stayed on my LC WOE with no problem..the waitress tried to push the biscuits on me and I just nicely said that I didnt want any but she could bring some for my hubby and I didnt even feel a twinge of jealousy watching him eat battered fish and chips.....I think I may finally have passed from "diet" to way of life ( if that makes sense) But I was up 2 lbs this morning and my rings are very tight so I think something must have had tons of salt in it so I am flushing with water and I will weigh in Monday and add my loss to the total then. Everyone have a great weekend!!!

Way to stay strong at Red Lobster!
Can someone help me to get the team 1000 pic into my siggy? I keep trying and it says there was an error in the download, but I can't figure out why.

Well I weighed in this morning and I'm down another 5 lbs. I'm kinda scared actually.... I've been losing like crazy all of a sudden. I increased my excercise and water quite a bit and TOM is over.... so maybe that has caused it. Well I'll be happy for now.... we're down another 5 lbs!

957- 5= 952

I always love my weight right after TOM. It's always my lowest then. No extra water weight, etc.

I weigh in the morning. Maybe we'll be able to bring it down to 950 or less!

Hello Everyone,

I too will weigh in in the morning, but I know I have not been eating enough at all..been out gardening all weekend and missed a meal or two but even if my weight hasnt dropped I cant tell you all how nice it is to be able to garden again...I am one of those weirdo's who is happy digging in the dirt all the time!! And its so nice to be able to get up and down easily. Everyone looks like their doing so good, although I am jealous..wish I was losing as fast as some of you..oh well my time will come too
