It has been awhile since I've logged on, so now I have 10/30. I measured my thighs, and I dropped 1/2" since starting--I'm pleased with that!

Hey Everyone,

I've been MIA for awhile bc of my new job and crazy hours I now work. I went from being in front of a computer all day to hardly having time to log on. I also haven't been doing my pilates 'but' am starting back up today. I also need to get my cardio back in.

Welcome all newcomers AND congrats to all of you who have been sticking with it and seeing results.

Tasha

Time to get this thread back on page 1 of the forum! It's been nice weather here, so haven't been spending much time on the 'puter, but I have been doing my Pilates.
Did 13/30 today. I'm noticing that cellulite is going away! I never thought that would happen!

When do you all do your routines? I've really been enjoying doing it first thing in the a.m. It actually helps me get out of bed in the morning--it feels good to get all stretched and muscles moving first thing. Then it's done, and if I don't do something cardio later (walk or swim), no big deal--I've already done something good for my body.

"Stick with!" (that's what my h.s. track coach used to tell us!)

14/30 today. Feeling kinda tired--"jet lag" from the switch to daylight saving time.

Just buns and thighs.

I do my work out when my son takes his afternoon nap.

I got the Windsor Pilates tapes quite a while back. Last week a friend of mine exercised to the basic tape together and I sent it home with her. We are planning to do Pilates together 3 or 4 days a week. I have used the 20 min workout some but not regularly. Joining this challenge will motivate me. I will aim for 5 or 6 sessions a week and gradually advance to the advanced workout. Thanks for the challenge. Lets get those long lean muscles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing a difference. Mostly in my legs, but that's probably because I do the buns/thighs every day?

Halfway there! Did 15/30 yesterday, and 16/30 today.
Are you looking forward to summer? Woohoo! I am--but gotta get a new swim suit--my old one is baggy!
I've noticed that my tummy is not necessarily flatter, but it is a lot firmer. (After 7 babies--it's probably not realistic for me to have a flat tummy!) Also, my muscles down the center of my abdomen are finally coming together--I've had a 1-inch gap remaining since my last one was born 5 years ago!

I'd love to join you too....I've been doing the Winsor pilates for 5 days now....20 minute DVD.

Even though I've been eating poorly....many, many carbs I still lost weight this past two weeks. I think that there must be some merit in the Pilates workouts.

My goal is the 20 minute DVD as a minimum each day. I love the stretch!
