Spent 45 mins in the gym today and improved on last week.
This is what I did today:
Treadmill - 10 min at 3.7 kph -

Treadmill - 5 min at 3.7 kph, -5% gradient -

Two handed Push Downs - 3 sets of 20 at 20 kg -
Up 1 set
Pull Down forward left arm - 2 sets of 20 at 10 kg
Pull down forward right arm - 2 sets of 20 at 10 kg
Right hand side pull down - 1 set of 20 at 12.5 kg -
Up 2.5 kg
Right hand side pull down - 1 set of 20 at 10 kg
Left hand side pull down - 1 sets of 20 at 7.5 kg -
Up 2.5 kg
Left hand side pull down - 1 sets of 20 at 5 kg
Upright rows - 1 sets of 20 at 15 kg
Upright rows - 2 sets of 10 at 15 kg
Abductor - 4 sets of 20 at 30 kg -
Up 5 kg
Rowing machine - 5 minutes at level 9 -
Up 2 levels
I found the walking quite tough going and this really made me sweat, however the rowing machine seemed much easier today and so I'll be able to do that for longer soon.
Felt OK afterwards.
