This is such a great idea (as is the whole thread)
Although I store such essentials a pre-chopped onions, my home made bone broth, bones for the bone broth, I also have a tendency to put other items in the freezer and then not use them Often this is because I've bought more than I actually need, or I buy something for the following day or later in the week, and then don't fancy it, so in the freezer it goes.
So I've just taken out some salmon fillets and put them in the fridge with the intention of having them for dinner tomorrow
