warm lemon water
B- scramble with tomatoes and onions. Coffee and almond milk
L- leftovers from yesterday
S- coffee with milk a a cheese stick
D- had planned on making stuffed pepper, but the kids wanted spaghetti, so I make zoodles for me and spaghetti for the rest of the family with lean grass fed ground beef and SBD approved spaghetti sauce.
