Default Rasberry Chocolate Variation

I find that the more time I spend on presentation the more I savour the food. My favourite version of this dessert is to heat the creamcheese, sour cream, and some davinci rasberry syrup just enough to make it creamy and easy to stir. Then I add a spoonful of sugar-free twist (basically low carb nutella) and stir it only slightly so it looks swirly. Then I microwave it for the 30 seconds and put it it the frdge to cool. I top it with whipped cream sweetened with davinci white chocolate syrup and some shaved low carb chocolate and it seems gourmet. Yummy!!!

Thanks so much for this - I actually doubled the reciepe (except for the cocoa - I kept that at 1 tsp because I'm not a dark chocolate lover) and it is now my perminant dessert every night

I also tried two variations that are great:

Cinnamon cheesecake - leave out the cocoa and add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon instead (less or more per taste)

Coffee cheesecake - leave out the cocoa (although I guess you could leave it in if you want a Mocha cheesecake ) and put 1 tsp of instant coffee instead - decaf or regular - also ajust according to taste - I put 3/4 of a teaspoon and found it enough - I had some instant Nescafe Hazelnut coffee at home - YUM!

This was just the ticket! I wanted something chocolatey after lunch. I made it and ate it warm. At night, when I'm washing up the dishes from dinner, I usually have a Pure De-lite dark chocolate bar. The maltitol doesn't stall me but it does give me gas so, I keep the maltitol bars to one a day! Now I can have a "legal" midday dessert and not worry about sugar alcohols.

Fast, easy, and really rich, and it is definitley very good warm right out of the microwave.
This is now in my little red low carb recipe book.
