My heavy hipping creme says 0 carbs and I use 1-3 tablespoons only. The carb counters say it has carbs. Who do you listen to. I have not been counting the carbs for the cream.

Cream definately has carbs in it, it is just that the amount per serving size is small enough that the manufacturer doesn't have to declare it.

I go by what fitday says for the carbs in my cream.

I count carbs in the cream too -- and the splenda of course -- and am happy to say nowonder was right in reporting brewed regular coffee (black) has no carbs in it, according to the USDA.

Nowonder -- I did go look for myself! (but I had already taken your word for it -- I didn't think you were in here just to spread rumors and give us false hope )

Heavy cream has 2 carbs per serving, you should most definately be counting that!
