Personally, I'd like to lose a little weight every day. Unfortunately, my body doesn't operate that way. I lose in spurts... but hey! A loss is still a loss, and I'll take it any way I can get it.

Like you, a little weightloss everyday would have been wonderful. BUT...that's not what happened. I'd go 1-2 weeks with no loss and then drop between 2-4 lbs within a couple days.

So of course, losing everyday would have been much more exciting on a day to day basis but I came to accept that my body doesn't work that way.

Every day for sure. Even if it's only .5 it keeps me on track. I really think that the days I got on the scale and saw a gain even though I had been good were the days I was struggling the most. You'd think that would keep me off of the scale but nope, still addicted to my morning weigh in.

I voted a little each day.. since i get frustrated when i don't see any movement at all for weeks on end on the scale and that's when i start eating the LC OREO's
