I have it alot. I use it in my coffee (decaf- I went cold turkey to decaf when I began induction in January). I only use 1/2 of a packet per cup though cuz it's sooo sweet. Sometimes I use the syrups instead for a change of pace. I do use the cream though and I maybe have 1-3 cups/day. When I was on induction, I would measure out my alotted cream for the day into a container and that kept me from going over my carb count. I also had more syrups then splenda with it. Of course I was better at drinking my water too so I had a harder time finding room for coffee in my bladder. hehe Annie

I drink coffee in the morning and evenings (decaff). I use 2 tablets of Splenda for each = 4 a day. Ocasionally when I am bored at work (desk job) I make myself a cuppa with 1 tablet. Overall not more then 5 tablets a day I would say.

I recently started using Stevia in my morning tea so I could cut down on Splenda. I sometimes grab a tall coffee from Starbcuks if I am draging in the afternoon, I use 2 packs then (and heavy cream)

BTW, Starbucks now carries Spenda!

I switched from Splenda to Stevia when I read about Splenda problems on Dr. Mercola's site. I usually have two packets a day, one in my morning coffee, and one on my salad at dinner. Dressing: 1 T olive oil, 1 T red wine vinegar, 1 packet Stevia, salt, pepper, parmesan, and sliced almonds for crunch. Yum! My whole family enjoys.

I haven't had any Splenda in weeks.

DaVincci's uses liquid splenda. So does torini and the brand Hastings uses. Starbucks sugar free syrups contain asperteme.

I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning with 2 packets of splenda. I am trying to cut back to 1 pack per coffee. I would love to try Divinci Syrups.
