Sorry, I don't have an online journal. I don't count my calories - maybe I should, but I am too lazy for this . I only keep an excercise journal on my PC, using Crosstrainer 5.0, which is quite good for tracking my training.

My problem is that as soon I start with any kind of training I feel very hungry and start to eat. The only and first time I really lost weight was this winter when stayed in Ketosis for 4 month (striktly Atkins ) without any sports and lost nearly 16 pounds .

That hungry feeling is an indication of a sugar-burning, rather than a fat-burning, metabolism, from what I've read.

I get this too unless I keep my fats high.
