I stopped into BK to discover what there "LC Menu" was all about. By the way, this was in the Milwaukee, WI area.

I saw a small stand up menu sign before you order, Whopper, DB Whopper and Chicken. For the past 2 weeks, BK has sold Whoopers around here 2 for $3. They are regular $2.39 apiece.

The menu sign said Whopper Platter, DB Whopper Platter, etc.... I asked what the platter included, thinking maybe a side salad, etc.... The lady said just the whopper w/o ketchup, pickles and mayo. Incidently, I thought they should get rid of the tomatoe as well. What I was disappointed in, they were charging more than $1 for the LC menu, then the bun burgers. Why would anyone pay for a $3. 49 cent whopper , double whopper was like $4.49 ,etc..., when I receive a whopper with a bun for $1 less.

I like the idea, but not impressed with charging more for giving us less.

Let's find out if it's similiar in other areas.
