26 mins on the Nordic Trak-today was hard! Why was today harder than yesterday? Don't know. Maybe I should have eaten something???

Will try and get in 20-25 in the morning before we leave.

Ok Keely- you lost me...nagging??? Who? Moi?!? What ARE you talking about woman?

BTW- felt horrid most of the day, still have that sore throat from swimming/ear thing last week. Didn't do any exercise unless you count napping... I have serious case of "I don't give a heck" today. Will start back in the morning if I'm feeling better.

Sat-NT and hand weights
Sun- Nt

Have little motivation to actually do this stuff, and therefore not doing my usual 20-30 mins. Don't know what is wrong with me. Just going through the motions at this point...

Back after way too long break. Got some bike shoe looking things at Old Navy and they work good for NT.

Wed-Walked w/dogs
Thurs-7 mins on the NT

Shooting for 2 more days this week to get 4 in and 4-5 next week. Looking for the habit of daily exercise back more than length of time.

Son's log-
M-PE
Wed-PE
Thurs-walked his dog

Son needs 3-4 days also per MD's request for fatigue

MOnday- Started dance class with daughter. It's fun.

Tues-uhhh
Wed-did some stretches and practiced the dance steps, arm movements, etc. My back was sore yesterday, and I can feel it in my stomach area already. I did some crunches today (no! really!). I'll try and increase them tomorrow.

Walkies with the fat dogs and dh and kids-dd rode her bike and son "jogged' and walked. That's 4 days in a row of some sort of exercise (pat pat).
