Induction for me ends tomorrow.

Week 1 lost 5.5 pounds
Week 2 (excluding tomorrow) lost 5 pounds

So I'm guessing it's around 5.5 a week.

I've always on any diet lost weight quickly, so I don't think it'll slow down a whole lot.

I was averaging 1.5 pounds a week before I got pregnant. It's not fast, but it's better than gaining or staying the same!
