sit ups: 150 + 150 + 300

sit ups: 150 + 150 + 300 (at goal)
push ups: 105 + 115 + 130 = 350 (at goal)

Rode 63 miles, burned 3,100 cals. Needed to burn about triple that, but the legs only work so long..

feel strong, tried to watch form more closely than usual.
