Hi ya Bruce.

Very impressive ride tonight! How long did you ride?

Matthew, (my 16 1/2 year old Son) told me today that it is American shad season soon and wanted to know if I was ready to run the trails again this year. Thinking about a bike instead, might be a little easier on the knees.

I was wondering what kind of bike I should get for riding on bike trails. Some hills, and I think that it is 32 miles long.

I am a newbie and don't have a lot of extra cash, just need something that is good quality and is a decent bike.

What do you think?

Thanks for your thoughts/suggestions.

3 planks = 9:21 (these are still hard for me to do)
3 sets of lat raises. went up to 90 lbs = 60 total reps.

Chin Ups: 18 +19+19 = 56 (PR)
Sit ups: 150 + 150 = 300
Push ups: 100 + 110 + 120 = 330 (PR)

Morning "A" workout. New PRs for chin ups and sit ups.

chins: 20 + 19 + 18 = 57 (3 from goal)
sit ups: 150 + 160 + 310 (Just because. I can always do many more, but they get boring)
push ups: 100 + 110 + 120 = 330 (equals my prev max)
