Saturday at the Gym
Well 27th April was the last time I visited the gym.
As it was hot I did not want to push myself too much. Did 30 minutes straight on the treadmill, so that should have been good for my stamina.
This is what I did:
Treadmill - 30 min
5 min at 3.5 kph
5 min at 3.7 kph
5 min at 3.9 kph
5 min at 4.1 kph
5 min at 4.1 kph -5% gradient
5 min at 3.9 kph -5% gradient
Was hot and sweaty afterwards and my limbs felt a bit stiff. Did do my stretches, so hope that helped.
