Took the week off exercise. Rested up joints and etc. And life got busy with other things. Rode today however, 51 miles, 2,500+ cals are toasted.

Rode 12 miles tonight as well. 657' of climb and about 700 cals.

Biked 64 miles in 28F and WIND! Oh, climbed 2,600' as well which is why I burned up over 3,100 cals!
