Newbie Question
I need some advice from some of you more experienced out there.
I've been LC for about 6 weeks and am doing actually pretty well
I've been reading to stay away from the Atkins bars, and I usually have a shake and then a bar for breakfast at work to tide me over till lunch... Is there something else I can have for breakfast besides eggs I'm so so sick of them I can't stand it I don't want to eat all my carbs for the day in one meal!!!
Please help, also, is it okay if I have a shake a day???
