After totaling decimating my arms Sunday night, as well as fighting off lung crud, I chose to take 2 consecutive days off.

Not sure if it's from not doing any HIIT walking for several days (Sat/4) or possibly fighting off this crud, but my heart rate was higher, and for longer, than usual. My needed recovery time was longer, too.
