OK, the ISI Cream Whipper is on sale at one of the big grocery stores here, for $39.99 CAD. The ad also says that the CO2 chargers are available for $7.49 (donno how many of em for that price). So I may get one; however I am wondering if you use one charger for every pint of cream? Is that how it works? Or, as DBF is saying, can you add MORE cream when it runs low, using the same charger??

I just purchased the ISI creamer and chargers last week from this source:
http://www.creamright.com/Merchant2...NT&Store_Code=C
(Creamright Products)
Very fast shipping and a good price...$37.50 for the pint size creamer and $9.50 for 24 chargers.
The chargers are good for one filling only and each time you make a batch you use a new one. The pint size makes a batch with one cup of whipping cream and keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
I am impressed with how this thing works and love the results...doubt if I will ever have to worry about keeping any for up to two weeks. Yesterday I was dispensing on to a spoon on the way to my mouth! That was so much more sophisticated than injecting directly! I hope to get over this infatuation soon.
