I do not post here often or stop by but I wanted to add to the Water exercise I joined a Gym at 459 Pounds and it was the best thing I ever did. I take Water Classes 5 Days a Week but I also do a lot of stuff on My own in the Pool You can buy the Water weights Noodles etc and exercise on Your own.
My Gym just got Aqua Bikes which are fantastic a lot easier on Knees and not having all the fat on My Legs bouncing around LOL
I also work with Weights at Home I have read if You cannot aford them You can use Jugs full of Water Cans of veggies etc and lift those the point is just to start moving little things add up.

What a great example you are to all of us! Everyone here gives me hope that this can work for me. I can't tell you how much it means to see success stories shared on the board, and even more importantly, knowing others go through the same cravings and setbacks from time to time as I do.
