Default Attention Wpg and area LCer's

I am trying to get a group of us together over the summer to meet and discuss low carb. (and possibly once a month there after, in a non-food enviroment) If enough people are interested then we'll plan to meet soon!

I am looking for more support than just on-line contact. I need alot of help and hope to meet others in person to discuss this way of life, cheer each other on, etc.

Island Girl,

Thanks for the info... Although there is one thing that I don't understand after reading the Lit. thats available.

If I drink 3-5 liters of water a day, and thats just water not coffee, or any other fluid, how can the first 10 lbs be water weight?
