Different for everyone, but I think it's fair to say that you will notice weight loss in 10-15 pound increments. You'll probably drop a dress size as well.

Gee, I haven't noticed it at all...

Seriously, my clothes were the big indicator. I guess it was at about 10-15 pounds lost that my pants were falling off. I started in a 42 waist and am now in 33's.

The shirts not so much as I am quite broad across the back, so they just hanged differently. The funniest moment for me was when my shoes no longer fit! Who knew my feet would shrink?!?

I didnt notice until I lost 20lbs. And nobody else noticed until I lost 40lbs!

in the past when I lost weight, it took about 15 lbs for me to notice, and about 25 lbs for others to notice. I think it depends on your starting weight and the distribution of fat on your body. If you carry most of your weight on your tummy, then you will probably notice more dramatic changes on how your clothes fit in the waistband.
