I now have three trash bags full of clothes for the pick-up truck coming today! Most of them I could still wear, but you know what...I don't want them. They are baggy, old, look like an old lady's clothes or are just plain not in style. I don't want "Just My Size" tee shirts that cover me up anymore. They're out, I'm going to but some better fitting things. They served me well when I needed to wear them, but I need an attitude change as well as a size change!

And I am also back into my size 12 jeans and WOOOOO!!! I am feeling so good about that!!

And to respond to the last poster - if you're nervous about weighing yourself, don't do it! If your clothes are getting looser and you feel better about yourself, there's no reason to weigh too soon. Just enjoy the difference, and weigh yourself only when you feel happy about what you've already accomplished so far
