Hulagirl I think you are looking terriffic!!!!! It must feel so wonderful to be in control of your body!!! Just think what you can accomplish with it! Your body is obviously responds to weight training. I still need to develope my four week photos. Thank you for sharing your hard work.

I need to get some film & take a now pic, so that it can be put on here as my before pic once I get going on this...(on 2nd day of Induction). Default Gosh, thanks everybody!

My last 2 weeks of BFL have been anything but stellar. I've been eating so much CRAP! I have friends in town, and work it a mess, and I'm not making excuses...I've just been downright lazy! But I've been squeezing in my workouts, and still seeing progress.

The scale STILL hasn't moved, but my upper body is looking great, and my love handles haven't come back yet!

I'm glad I can be an inspiration to somebody. My only advice is this....START TODAY! DON'T WAIT FOR THE "RIGHT" TIME...the right time never comes. There's only right here...right now...

So, let's get off our butts and get back to work!

I've been REALLY pushing myself these last few days also !!! Family was sick and I think that took an emotional toll on me as well. But .......no more excuses. Starting C1W8D1 I am back to the high intensity focused frame of mind. Thanks for the extra boost. LETS GO GIRLS!!!!!!
