This is such a good forum - thanks for the muffin recipe, they're great. They also completely solve the 'what shall I have with my (de-caf) coffee cos I need a snack' problem and they look 'normal' so I don't have to get into endless boring conversations about why I'm eating cheese!
While we're talking about breakfast, I thought I'd try making bread - does anyone know if any health food chains or supermarkets sell oat flour?

Oat Flour

Hi JayKay

Oat flour is just really really fine oat flakes. If you can't find it in health food shops or supermarkets you can buy it online at www.flourbin.com along with gluten flour and lots of other things.
