I noticed I haven't been posting in here much. I've been so busy.
Friday: 15 minutes of weight lifting (wish I could have done more)
Saturday: 45 minutes of weight lifting, 50 minutes of jogging
Sunday: 50 minutes of weight lifting, 20 minutes of jogging
So far today, I haven't done anything. I should have posted exactly what I did for my weight lifting but I don't remember exactly and I'm feeling too lazy right now.
