The regular designer protein is 2 carbs per shake.
The fancier desinger protein is 3. No big deal.

Default I like them

I bought the mix at walmart. Was like 8.94 for 12 servings. I think the atkins stuff is like 20 bucks for 11 servings. I'm not just low carb. I'm low budget too.

I actually like the carb solution shake mix. But have only tried chocolate. I use 8oz water to water the amount of shake mix it says. I forgot, but sure seems like a lot. Really need to shake it well.

You gotta use a blender, it's the best

I bought a four pack of these shakes a few months ago in vanilla. I drank a half of one. The other 3 are still in my fridge. They had a weird texture and taste to them and they were artificially too sweet.

Um. I may need to try them again. They are some products that now taste better to me and others that taste worse. Rexall/Sundown makes carb solutions and I have always liked Sundown's herbs and vitamins. Maybe another try will be worth it.

Thumbs down

I just bought the Carb Solutions Chocolate MIX the other day. It's disgusting.
Chalky, doesn't mix well at all. Unless you want to use a blender.
Taste is..

I only bought it because it was like $1 more than the Atkins Ready To Drink Shakes and it had 9more servings. Got what I paid for alright.
