Potato......I bought the book and my mom intercepted it! Ughhhh patiently waiting for her to finish reading it so I can start.

nka......I have also been overweight for as long as I can remember with the exception of 3-4 years in my early 20's when I went on Jenny Craig and lost 125 lbs bringing me down to an all time low of 160 lbs. At that weight I felt very comfortable in my body....although I needed to lose more Icould have stayed at that weight and been happy for the rest of my life.....but life was not kind to me....or rather "I" was not kind to myself and have since gained and lost and gained and lost my way to almost 400 lbs!!!! I have been lcing since january and have already lost 65.8 lbs and I am very confidant that I can make it to my goal of 160 and evetually lower.....and I know you will be right there with me.....Good luck!!!
