Thanks maggieb.. yes I need glasses LOL

Unfortunately ..sigh.. there's 3 stores near me! and stating 'We also carry a daily selection of 'no sugar added' flavours 100% fat free (hmm not sure how it can be 100% fat free).. so maybe I should check it out .. grin.. but I hear your warning!

I guess it will be a good alternative to the occasional DQ treat this summer.

Maggie, that is sad! Not unusual - my husband of >20 years is diabetic (real type 1), and he always had the problem though different sugar alcohols were different - maltilol was better than sorbitol, for example.

You know, some diabetics food is sweetened with fructose - more in Europe than in the US - as an occasional treat it would also be ok, and if fruit don't give you cravings, maybe fructose won't either?

Hi Monika!

It may have just been a bad night for me?? I really don't know...I am going to go to their web site and read the ingredients and see what is in it. I do eat Chapmans sugar free fudgicles and don't have a problem with them so I will see what is in them besides SPLENDA.
Oh well, it was definately a learning experience.....Thanks for info about fructose...I should be able to handle it OK since fruit is fine for me....

Sandi, glad you found some TCBY's near you...hope you enjoy the yogurt... it really was good, I hope my experience was just a fluke....for me only....
