Carbs = processed in the liver = converted into triglycerides = independent factor for low satiety/over eating (apart from the blood-sugar rollercoaster caused by hyperinsulinemia)

Restricted carbs = limited liver glycogen storage = limited triglyceride conversion = greater uptake/perception of leptin = less obsession with eating

Cure? Restrict carbs.
