Are you guys talking about barbeque or grilling. Both are great ways to prepare meat in a low carb manner.

I've made my own and enjoyed it very much. I just bought the Carb Options hickory flavor the other day. I haven't tried it yet, but with summer almost on top of us, especially here in Texas. It's just a matter for time before my DH breaks out the smoker. Yeah! Summer and BBQ.

Pre Atkins, the only BBQ sauce my husband liked was Kraft, which had 11 grams of carbs per teeny tiny serving. So, we gave up BBQ for a while...then I discovered Carb Well Kraft BBQ sauce at Winn Dixie! 3 carbs per 2T, I think, and it is really good. Tastes just like their regular BBQ sauce, in my opinion. And it was on sale for $1 a bottle, which is a steal.

I tried the Atkins brand BBQ sauce and was NOT impressed. You can also make your own sauce with LC ketchup, onions, mustard and Brown Sugar Twin.

I to am a fan of the carb options BBQ. I toss it on chicken and bake it, grill it and all the rest. I love it!
