Where I live there are hills, so I walk up and down hills every day. I also use the elliptical for 45 min a day, but I didnt think that will effect my calves. Also as big as they are they cant be ALL muscle, there has to be a couple of inches of fat hiding there otherwise at 130 I will look like a total freak show!

I think extending and lengthening is going to work well and I should stretch better after my workouts. Sometimes I am just too tired and lazy and neglect it.

Dont get me wrong. I love having shapely legs (I wish they were a bit slimmer though lol) but when you have calves that are so big that they dont allow you to wear jeans that would have otherwise fit great its not that nice.

The curve and shape of the calf with less bulk and size would be great.

I will check out the escape your shape link.

Thanks for all the help. I will let you know if anything helps.

Wrong! ... they do !!! According to EYS these activities will both bulk you out.

Walking is still great though, as long you stay away from inclines

There is nowhere else for me to walk though :-(

What if I walked on the inclines but stretched twice as much. Think that would help?

I cant give up my walking, its all that keeps me sane.
