I read an article recently that eggs are a complete food in themselves, full of everything we need and that they dont raise cholesterol and the big bonus.. they are metabolic boosters.. and give fantastic energy. The daily egg eaters in their study group (more than 3 a day) lost significantly more weight than regular dieters.. so boil em, fry em,beat em, devil em (nice with chopped onion, peppers and cheese too if you like)
