Thanks For Everyone's Help, I Think I Will Go Up To 30 Carbs A Day, Loose All The Starch Carbs And Add The Berries And Veggie's Into My Diet And Also Start An Exercise Regime. I Have Noticed I Have Lost Inches, Went From A Size 12 To A Size 7/8. I Really Just Need To Tone My Body, You Know Ihave All The Bulges From Having 2 Kids. If I Could Loose The Inches I Would Not Worry Abouty Anymore Weight. Again Thanks For Your Help All Of You
