Hi - the nutrition information at www.carlsjr.com for the low carb breakfast bowl says it is 900 calories - and when I do the math - it comes up to 900+

73 grams of fat
58 grams of protein
6 grams of carbohydrates

Maybe Hardees is making it differently.

I just compared the serving size on both sites. Hardees is offering a 208 grams version of the low carb breakfast bowl, where as Carls Jr is a whopping 315 grams. So the portion size is bigger at Carls, and thus why there is an extra 300 calories. Probably more meat and cheese.
