Bawdy - ooh, you're right, I just looked my weight up in the book and it does say 8 oz of meat per meal. Gosh, and I thought the 6 oz looked like a lot right now. I usually do eat more veggies, I just haven't been really hungry the last few days. I'll try to do better on that. I never know which is more important, to to eat all the protein or all the veggies when you start getting full?

I'm a big breasted girl right now, but I know from past experience that they'll go away when I lose weight. I know how hard it is with em in the way all the time. My dh likes them, but he doesn't understand about the permenant indents in my shoulders or the weight of them. That was interesting what you said Ursula, about the women in England not pulling the straps up on their bras. We are a slave to fashion in the US I guess.

quick hellos!! Just entered my foods into fitday for the day.. and going to watch cold case on tv... maybe come back and yak .. but you all pretty much stop posting here on this thread at sundown! I hope you all had a great day!

Oh..I made a cream cheese pudding.. and I dont really care for it.. this is what I used...the person that shared it on here, just raved about it. Maybe it will taste better to me tomorrow.

Pudding:

1 package cream cheese
1-cup whole whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Splenda to taste (I use only about 1/4 cup)

Blend all the ingredients together with an electric beater until thick and fluffy, and voila! Whole recipe is about 15 or so carbs, depending on how much Splenda you add.
