I never said Atkins or any other LC programs will cause diabetis. I have family members who are diabetic and this was one of their first signs. Having thirst is normal with LCing . And with this ..I say ado..there is no need to answer anymore on this forum.

Shoot, a gallon a day keeps my cravings away.. That was somthing I had wrote in my at home journal when on induction.
