How many carbs in saag paneer? I love that too and they always have it at a local indian buffet near work. I never thought of having it for lunch. It would be a great option for me.

Bhandywi - I'm not sure how much in a restaurant type one but it can't be too bad. The paneer is about 1 carb or so per ounce and the spinach is next to nothing. It just depends what type of sauce there is but it can't be too bad. It was really good by the way.

Tonight I made a great soup

Protien
Mussles
chicken
squid
scallops
shark
and shrimp

Veggies
Garlic
lemon grass
green onions
snow peas
mushrooms
celery
ginger (not exactly a veggie)
chilli peppers (couldn't find the nice hot red tai ones locally)

Broth
butter and olive oil to sautee garlic
no salt added chicken broth
White wine
chilli oil

It isn't quite like the soup at the viatnamese resteraunt I lvoe, but still YUMMMMMMMMM!

There is nothing like a spicy soup to warm up a winter night.
