Thanks for the info about chromium picolinate. Never heard that. A few years ago, I worked at a nutrition store. I used to aleways warn my customers about those regular generic vitamins, like centrum. They aren't harmfu, but you are not getting out of them what you should be. They are so hard, they go through your system before they've completely dissolved. We used to call them "the vitamin most found in toilets across the country." It's good the find a fiber based vitamin so it dissolves completely and you get everything out of it. A good sign is if you can easily break it with your hands. I take Super Nutrition vitamins. They are really good. Thanks for all your responses. I think I'm on the right track.
