You could try making your own muesli. I make one from flaked almonds (Americans have a different name for them but I'm sure you know what I mean), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, some almond flour and a spoon of raw oat flakes. It's great with a little sweetener and some cream.

I hear you about the egg thing. I eat them once in a while. I got a great recipe for almond bread here and also a recipe for a ricotta quiche thing from Dana Carpenders book.

The Atkins cereals are good (I've had the almond and the blueberry), but for granola try the Flax-o-Meal Low Carb success. Wonderful!

How about some French Toast made with lc bread and one of the LC syrups or jams? I am not a breakfast eater.. Always hated to look at food in the mornings. Dr. Atkins said to not go more than 6 waking hours without eating something. I know I don't get enough veggies so I started having 6 oz of V8 juice about mid morning.. Been doing that for a while and it hasn't stalled me. It has 1 net carb per ounce. I've lost 60 pounds since August so I'm not complaining.. LOL

Default morning start

My target had some Morning start creamy cinnamon buns bars on sale.. reg. $8.00+ for only 2.99! I bought 2 boxes..and they are yummy... 14Carbs/8 ECC(Protein power deducts fiber from carb total) Now I wish I bought more, but it was my first 'atkin' purchase.. so I was hesitant.. Now.. is it good enough to pay $8.00 for? Um... not for me...

For me, eating more consistantly is a challenge... I have the habit of going all day w/out eating, then eating at night.... so all this eating is rather challenging!

HTH

They're good, though. I've got a blueberry brand laying around that's awfully tasty.
