I always get a little whoosh after the TOM.
Also, I don't eat breakfast either - never have. I don't truely wake up & get conscious for several hours, so I'd likely forget to swallow and choke. I'm truely that stupid in the mornings.
So, I take whatever I want to work, and eat round 9.30 or 10 am. I like to call it "brunch"
. I don't mind boiled eggs (with tabasco, yummmm), but it also may be roll ups or tofu & cheese. Any old thing, I don't care if it's "breakfast" or not.
Definitely cut out the processed meats, bars & shakes. Do you have an account with

What everybody else said - stick with whole foods. I'm trying SO hard to be good right now, I've given up alcohol (most nights) & most of my artificial sweetener. I am existing right now off boiled eggs, sauteed chicken & turkey breast, cheese chips, and spinach & cucumber salads with blue cheese dressing. All of which I happen to luuuuuuve!
