I have also seen the Low Carb Living mag, i think it is ok, somebody always has to be first and now Low Carb Energy will follow and it probally be much better. At least it seems that way from the site. I'm sure in the next few year there will be ton to choose from. As it dosn't seem the low carb craze will end soon. I know i will continue as long as i can.

The magazine's not too bad, though they keep using the word "regime" when they mean "regimen", which bugs me.

I don't think I'll be back to their message boards, though; it's like there's a two-child minimum to post there, and I don't qualify for that!
