I hope you will hang in there and start reaping even more of the benefits. I remember reading DANDR and scheming on how I'd reach Maintenance, and boy would I exercise, so I could get in those max carb levels...
and you know what?
I don't even WANT cake, cookies, bread or pasta anymore! They don't smell the same or taste as good as I remember.
Ice cream, darn it, is still just as good, but I can get it low carb and be very happy.
So remember, it only takes one psychiatrist to change a light bulb...but the light bulb has to want to change.

I did the same thing, in 2 weeks of just sorta LC'ing, I managed to gain back what I had lost in 4 so I went back started exercising and I'm down 4 lbs.in 2 weeks. On Sat I hope to be down and least a little since I'm doing a lot of weight lifting I'm not expecting much from the scale for a few weeks. I too just focus on what I am going to eat for the next few days. I like to try a new recipe each week and I save the frying and breading meats and veggies with pork rinds for the weekends, then I feel sorta like I'm cheating! LOL
I just know that I feel much, much better eating this way and I know how I can do damage in a short period of time eating carbs and that will cause me to have to start all over again.

Just remember next time you want to cheat how you aren't going to feel well the next morning and is it really worth it to eat it. Try to find something LC to pacify your craving.

If I feel the motivation start to slow down, I spend and evening watching TV and flipping through my Atkins or Body for Life book. Just reading a success story helps re-motivate me.

Hope this helps.

Wee
